Fresh Fruit Salad Ingredients:
Choose many types of seasonal fruits, as for me I prefer them with:
1 cup berries
1 cup sliced strawberry
1/2 cup kiwi
1 cup apple
1 cup of banana slices
1 cup orange
1/2 mountain cherry
1Sliced pineapple fruit
sliced lemon
You can add half a cup of grapes or peaches
How to make a fruit salad with fresh juice:
❶ Choose a plastic bowl and add the chopped fruit to it. ذ
❷ Choose a favorite type of fruit to be juice, such as watermelon, orange, or strawberry.
❸ Add the juice after beating it in the blender to the bowl of fruit salad.
