It is a kind of delicious pastry stuffed with apples, sugar, raisins, and almonds, and with the wonderful smell of cinnamon, you must try its delicious taste. There is no doubt that you want to try it. So let's prepare it step by step.

- 1 kilogram of apples.
- 250 grams of sugar.
- 375 g white flour.
- Five eggs.
- 400 ml whipping cream.
- ¼ cup of sour juice.
- Vanilla small envelope.
- One and a half tablespoons of baking powder.
- a little cinnamon powder.
The other ingredients are the cover for the face of the pie :
- Four tablespoons of liquid milk.
- 100 grams of butter.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 100 g sliced almonds.
How to prepare:
1-Peel the apples and cut half of the quantity into small pieces and the other half of the apples are cut into long slices to put on the face later. We put the pieces of apples in a bowl and pour the lemon over them and leave them.
2-Then we bring the mixer and put the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder, beat it, add the whipping cream, and put the flour, the last thing we put the apples with the mixture and continue beating
3-Put the mixture in a tray with baking paper and spread it well over the pie dough. Arrange the remaining long apple slices on top of the dough and leave them in the oven.
4-Meanwhile, we come to the other ingredients on the face, put the butter in a bowl on the fire, add sugar to it and stir it until it mixes well.
5-After that, we take the pie out of the oven when it is done and put the mixture on the face and enter it redden from the top a little until it becomes golden, then take it out of the oven and cut it into squares or triangles in the way you want.
6-Finally, serve it on a plate.
