  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • A cup of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • tablespoon salt
  • a cup of milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chicken broth cube
  • teaspoon seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg




How to make Greek moussaka:




1. Chop the eggplant, parsley, onion and garlic.

2. Put the eggplant in a deep bowl, then put a spoonful of salt on it and stir.

3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on the stove, then add the minced meat and stir well to ensure the meat is done.

4. Add onions and garlic and stir them together.

5. Add tomato paste, spices and ½ teaspoon salt, stirring.

6. Finally, add the parsley, then remove from the heat.

7. We bring another frying pan to heat the oil and put the eggplant to brown on both sides.

8. To make the Bechamel: put a bowl on the fire to melt the butter, then add the flour with stirring.

9. Pour over the milk, chicken broth cube and spices, stir them together, and then turn off the heat aftegetting the full consistency.

10. Put half the quantity of sliced ​​aubergines inside the oven tray after brushing it with butter.

11. Put the stuffing we prepared on top of the eggplant layer.

12. We put on the filling half the amount of cheese and rusk.

13. Put the rest of the eggplant on them and add the béchamel sauce, the rest of the cheese and the breadcrumbs.

14. Put the tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes, then serve.
