Ingredients
▪750 gm potatoes, cut into 4 parts, unpeeled
▪1 teaspoon garlic powder
▪1½ tsp salt
▪½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
▪½ cup sour cream
▪¼ cup butter
▪1¼ teaspoon pepper
How to prepare
❶Boil the potatoes in a large amount of salted water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and leave for 30 minutes.
❷Put the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend well until combined.
❸ Drain the potatoes and put them in a deep bowl, add the butter mixture, and mash with a fork.
