Ingredients


750 gm potatoes, cut into 4 parts, unpeeled

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1½ tsp salt

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup butter

1¼ teaspoon pepper



How to prepare


Boil the potatoes in a large amount of salted water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and leave for 30 minutes.


Put the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend well until combined.


 Drain the potatoes and put them in a deep bowl, add the butter mixture, and mash with a fork.
