Ingredients for shrimp with garlic and lemon:




  • Two kilograms of large shrimp, washed and cleaned.
  • Three tablespoons of butter.
  • Teaspoon salt.
  • Three teaspoons of olive oil.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  • A pinch of paprika.
  • Four cloves of garlic, crushed.
  • Half a teaspoon of fresh ginger, crushed.
  • Five tablespoons of lemon juice and a cup of chopped parsley.
  • Slices of fresh lemon.




How to make shrimp with garlic and lemon:



1-Wash the shrimp well with water, and get rid of the black thread without removing the tail.

2-Put the shrimp in a dish, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

3-Put the oil and butter in a wide frying pan, and raise it over high heat until it heats up well, then add the shrimps and stir them over the fire until they turn pink, then remove them from the oil and put them in a separate dish.

Put the ginger and garlic in the same pan, then stir the garlic well on the fire until it smells and turns golden.

4-Add lemon juice to it, leave it on the fire until it boils, then return the shrimp to the pan and turn it over, cover the pan and leave the shrimp on the fire until it is softly cooked for 5 to 6 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

5-Put the shrimp in a serving dish, sprinkle parsley on it, then put lemon slices and serve it immediately while it is hot. It can be served with white peppered rice and various types of pickles.
